Moving away from the traditional data loading tools, AutoRABIT 4.1’s Data Loader is uniquely positioned to handle parent-child records, relationships & circular references. You can also deactivate validation rules & workflow rules. It has an option of setting bulk APIs or batch API, and enhances incremental data loads. The beauty of it lies in the fact that with this release i.e. 4.1, you would be able to do a predefined call or query on an object. As a developer, you would also be able to view what its child records and parent records are.
This function enables you to view the highest parent to the bottom-most child. And based on the selection that you make on the child records, data loading happens from the lowest child selected to the highest parent. The fascinating part here is you would also be able to select or put filters to restrict the type of record that can be inserted.
For example, if you have chosen Account as the master object and you have chosen Contact and Opportunity as child objects and you only want Opportunity with a certain stage to be moved instead of all the Opportunities of the account. You will be able to do that with AutoRABIT’s Data Loader Pro.
Similarly, with the parents, you can select or put multiple filters instead of a single filter. You can use multiple arguments to bind multiple filters and perform your data loading jobs in a very intuitive manner. The other big enhancement that we have given out to our customers is the auto-map functionality, which allows you to load data from a CSV file using the SF data loader, where you have the ability to map AutoRABIT’s data loader. This gives you a graphical interface where you would be able to select the child and parent that you want to insert data into.
Additionally, you can also set a particular mapping, the metadata is already auto-mapped even before you create a process. So, using this graphical interface, the user can understand what levels of data or how many levels of Child or Parent are inserting the data, which is a unique feature that the Data Loader Pro offers.
Apart from this, we also have the regular features where you can create a process, and run it at multiple times or schedule them. Call the data loader processes as a part of your CI framework. In your CI framework, after you deploy your metadata, continue with your data up to multiple parent and child relationships handling circular references. Hence, this is the biggest issue that we have solved for Salesforce developers since inserting data between parents, children and managing circular references while working with CSV files is a big pain.
With AutoRABIT 4.1, it will be a single screen where you can see all the relationships, make a selection of parent and child, put out filters on what kind of records you would like to insert and then move forward with your data loading jobs.
So the benefit a developer or admin gets would be tremendous in terms of the amount of time saved by using the Data loader PRO. In a legacy data loader, a user probably would spend about 10-15 hours just to format the data where the same thing can be done in 5 minutes using data loader PRO. For the clients who are already with AutoRABIT, they don’t have to buy Data Loader PROas an additional entity. Our releases are a part of subscription so all our existing customers would have the privilege to use this Super data loader PRO effective March.
